What You Can Do

  • Use in demonstrations and tutorials
  • Use in personal creative projects
  • Use in monetized creator content (where asset is marked as eligible)
  • Share your finished content publicly

What You Cannot Do

  • Resell the beat or asset by itself
  • Redistribute the original file
  • Claim ownership of the original beat
  • Upload the beat by itself to streaming services
  • Register the beat in Content ID or similar systems
  • Sublicense or relicense the original file
  • Include the original asset in another asset pack
  • Remove or obscure required attribution
  • Use withdrawn assets after notice

Non-Exclusive License

You receive a non-exclusive license to use the asset in your content. TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ retains all ownership rights to the underlying beat.

No Transfer of Ownership

Downloading the asset does not transfer ownership. You may not claim copyright or ownership of the original beat.

License Revocation

TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ may revoke this license for assets if legal or rights issues arise. Reasonable notice will be provided where legally applicable.

No Warranty

Assets are provided "as is" without warranty. TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ is not liable for loss or damage.
